Mary Catherine K.'s Experience

I grew up on a farm in Ireland where we always had dogs, so caring for animals has been a natural part of my life from a young age. I’ve had experience with dogs at every stage—from energetic puppies to senior dogs needing a bit more patience and care. I had a Springer Spaniel growing up, and I also have a 10-year-old Alaskan Malamute/Husky mix back home, so I’m very comfortable with both small and large breeds, including high-energy dogs that need regular exercise and structure. I’m also confident with feeding routines, giving basic medication and following specific care instructions. I’m currently living with a dog and a cat, which has given me great experience caring for pets in a home environment and understanding different personalities, including more independent or indoor pets.
